A boutique townhome development in Morningside of 4 residences.  The marketing package included branding, lifestyle imagery, brochure design, floorplans and location mapping.  ​

An interior design service was also included which involved finishes schedule both interior and exterior scheme.  EMD worked with the external rendering company to produce the external in internal artist  impressions incorporating the interior design and external colour scheme. 

All the townhomes was successfully sold off the plan prior to construction completion.
