High up on Balmoral hill, a collection of 3 new residences were designed.  House 93 was a modern home on a 405m2 block.  The exterior scheme was made up of Sycon wall cladding with horizontal and vertical timber features.  The exterior colours of charcoal grey and white gives a contemporary feel.  A large glass pivot door with side light welcomes you in.   The kitchen features japanese inspired black wooden pendants with a thick stone bench top .  A large format marble splash back creates a luxurious backdrop to the timber grain cabinetry.
