House 91 is the classic home of the collection on Fifth Ave.  The exterior scheme was designed to reflect a character Queensland style home, with an arch framing the french window feature.

A warm white paint scheme contrasts with the black features to emphasise the design.  The large 12 light entry pivot door creates a grand front entry statement. 

 

The kitchen features a timeless design with a large format statuario marble splash back and crisp white island bench with feature panelling. The timber cabinetry brings in warmer tones with the ambre pendant lights seamlessly continuing the colour scheme of greys and whites.
