A large scale high end home in the river avenue of Hawthorne in conjunction with Kelder Architects and K2 Projects.
The residence features a modern addition to the rear and side of the house.  The scope of works completed by
EM Design included the selection of exterior materials, colour palette and specification of character elements to the frontage.  The interior hard finishes were carefully selected to create a classic and timeless feel.  Materials such as polished concrete, oak, granite and marble feature throughout the home with lime render and sandstone feature walls which seamlessly integrate with the heritage elements of VJ paneling, high skirting boards and pressed metal ceilings.  The lighting selections were carefully considered to highlight the large void, and create a subdued feature in the existing areas of the home.
