A joint venture project between K2 Projects and Golconda Property Group, EM Design undertook the role of Interior Designer and stylist on this successful development.  The four residences each encompassed 4 levels, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms along with roof deck.  
Working alongside Michael Tomlinson of MI Design, EM Design fine tuned the external design, and importantly the internal layouts, joinery design and aesthetics to produce the end product.  The heart of these residences is the penthouse proportioned kitchens.   An entertainers kitchen complete with Butlers pantry, dedicated appliance area, double sinks, bar and large feature island bench.
