This joint development in Bardon built by K2 Projects and designed by Architects Artisian Developments involved an addition of 2 new dwellings at the rear of an existing heritage house.  The steep sloping site was embraced  seamlessly with split levels cantilevered down the site.  The panoramic views of Mount Cootha were unveiled with the use of large windows and voids.

The finishes selections reflect that of the natural surrounds, timber and stone with glass allowing all sight lines throughout the home to unveil the lush green landscape.
